As we enter the holiday season, most of us look forward to parties, family get-togethers, and great food. However, how many of us have ever stopped to think about how hard it must be to live with a food allergy during the holidays? A food-allergic individual is constantly considering whether or not a certain food may contain an ingredient that can cause serious harm.
